Project Management

All projects undertaken by GES Consulting Ltd follows a structured process of breaking the project down into a number of phases and carrying out specific activities during the appropriate phase then integrating the findings into the design and the construction at the appropriate time.

This has resulted in a reduction in the need to carry out re-work at a later stage and ensured safety and efficiency have been integrated. A document control system is followed to allow for easy tracking of progress and review of material at any point during and after completion of work and in the event of an audit.
